This is super easy! You can make as much or as little as you want.
Chicken Breasts
Ragu- Meat flavored- tomato sauce
Put the chicken breast in a pan and pour sauce over the top.
(Do enough sauce to put over the top of your noodles.)
Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes
Cook spiral tri-colored noodles
When chicken is finished sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese and serve.
Yummy and Easy!

Here are a couple of recipes for you to try. They are easy and good.
Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
½ C white sugar
1/3 C packed brown sugar
½ C butter
½ C peanut butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 C all-purpose flour
½ C rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 C semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
*I'm on the East Coast, so I'm not sure if you need to make variations at a higher altitude.
White Chicken Chili
1 Tbsp oil
½ lb chicken, (cut/shred)
¼ C chopped onion
1 C chicken broth
1 can chopped green chiles
1 can white beans
1 can black beans, drained
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp cilantro
Saute chicken and onion in oil. Cook 4-5 minutes (til done). [I put Italian dressing on my chicken, wrap it in tinfoil and bake at 350 for 30 min[ Stir in broth, chiles, beans and spices. Simmer 15 minutes. Top with cheese, sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
